Hola came to us as an owner surrender. She was abandoned in a barn and was locked in a small pen (with no outside time) for the past year. Thankfully, there were people that made sure she had food and water, but that was pretty much it.
Now, Hola is here and is beginning her rehab and training! She is very sweet (named Hola because she nickers "hello" to us whenever we walk by) but it's unclear how much formal training she has had. Is she rusty? We shall see! We are playing with her every day and she is sharpening her skills at an alarming rate! She leads, ties, loads, and lunges. She moves like a little ranch pony, and should be very comfortable under saddle when we get to that point!
If you are interested in a large pony project, give us a call about Hola! She culd be perfect!
