Quarter Horse Thoroughbred
How about a blast from the past? Maggie was adopted out years ago and was loved by her family for years and years. Eventually, the kids went to college and the family had to downsize. Selling a horse is often overwhelming and can be scary, so they were happy to hear that we would welcome Maggie back into our program.
Maggie has a big walk and a very smooth trot and canter. She would make a beautiful hunter horse and has a natural low headset. Maggie is in every way a wonderful mare. She would be best suited for an intermediate rider or a confident beginner with instruction/supervision. She will go absolutely ANYWHERE on the trail, will haul to horse shows with no drama, and will trail ride alone or with others.
She loads right in the trailer, and stands for the vet. She is sound and has good legs (OSU approved!). Maggie would love a home where she is trail ridden in addition to working in the arena, and she would make an excellent 4-H mount!
